WHEN REGULARLY INTEGRATED INTO OUR LIFE RHYTHMS, MINDFULNESS CAN HELP INCREASE CONCENTRATION & CREATIVITY, ENHANCE PATIENCE & BETTER DECISION-MAKING SKILLS, AND IMPROVE MEMORY, IMMUNE FUNCTIONING & THE QUALITY OF SLEEP... EACH WEEK WE WILL MOVE THROUGH A DIFFERENT MINDFULNESS MEDITATION & END WITH A SHORT LIFE-SKILLS BUILDING EXERCISE WITH THEMES TAILORED TOWARD EMOTIONAL REGULATION & THE PRESENT NEEDS OF THE GROUP. |
